Executed a comprehensive interior buildout of mechanical and plumbing systems for a 17,000-square-foot facility, including main kitchen areas, auxiliary kitchens, and washing stations. The project scope covered the installation of essential infrastructure, such as six CaptiveAire kitchen hoods, a high-efficiency pollution control unit, chilled water pumps, and restrooms equipped with four stalls each. Additionally, a chiller plant was integrated to optimize mechanical system performance. The installation adhered to industry standards, ensuring efficiency, safety, and long-term reliability.
With a state of the art kitchen and dishwashing area, all plumbing infrastructure including natural gas was installed by MCI.
