Argelio Malagon Sr., our esteemed President, immigrated to the United States from Cuba, where he established himself as an accomplished architect at CUJAE. Upon arriving in the US, he founded MCI in 1996, driven by a passion for design and a hands-on approach to construction. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Argelio oversees all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring that MCI remains at the forefront of the plumbing and mechanical industry.
Vice President Argelio "Tito" Malagon represents the next generation of leadership at MCI. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Construction Management, Tito began his career at JE Dunn Construction before transitioning to The Related Group, where he honed his skills as a Project Manager. With a diverse background spanning healthcare, aviation, schools, higher education, and multifamily apartments, Tito brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at MCI. His experience as a general contractor allows him to understand the unique challenges and requirements of each market sector, enabling MCI to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
Together, Argelio Sr. and Tito lead a team of highly skilled professionals who share their commitment to quality, integrity, and reliability. As MCI continues to grow and evolve, the father-son duo remains dedicated to upholding the values that have made the company a trusted partner in the plumbing and mechanical industry, while continuously seeking new ways to innovate and improve our services.
